About this rose

Lavender lilac, rare in a rose. Cool Down brings a cooler note to the catalog. Hand-graded at the farm and shipped in partial bud.

Care instructions
  1. Fill a vase with cool water. Add the flower food packet from your box and stir until it dissolves.
  2. With sharp scissors, trim each stem at a 45-degree angle. The angle helps with hydration.
  3. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline. Remove the brown outer guard petals if you see them.
  4. Place the roses in the vase. Let them hydrate for a few hours before you move them.
  5. Keep them in a cool spot, out of direct sun. Trim the stems every few days and change the water. A few ice cubes in the vase will buy you extra time.

How to care for your roses.

  1. Fill the vase

When will my order arrive?

Three to four business days. Every bunch is cut after you order, hand-tied at the farm, and shipped in bud, so it opens in your vase. Most US addresses see delivery between Tuesday and Friday.

Are all rose varieties available year-round?

Most of our varieties are available year-round. A few are seasonal and can sell out during certain growing conditions. If a variety you want is out, email hello@flora-fire.com and our team can usually tell you when it'll be back.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because our roses are perishable and cut after you order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or issue refunds. If your roses arrive damaged, though, we'll make it right with a discount of at least 50% off your next order.

What if my roses arrive damaged?

Email hello@flora-fire.com within two business days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the roses as they arrived. Once we review them, we'll apply a discount of at least 50% off your next order. We respond within one business day.

How do subscriptions work?
