Refund policy
We grow every Flora & Fire rose at our family farm in Cotopaxi, Ecuador. Every bunch is hand-tied for your specific order and shipped the morning it's harvested. Because our flowers are perishable and cut to order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or issue refunds. Here's how we make it right if your roses arrive damaged.
Damaged on arrival
If your roses arrive damaged, we'll take care of you. Email hello@flora-fire.com within two business days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos of the roses as they arrived
Once we review the photos, we'll apply a discount of at least 50% off your next order. We respond within one business day.
What's covered
This covers roses that arrive visibly damaged in transit. Because flowers are living and perishable, we can't accept returns or offer cash refunds, but the next-order discount makes sure you're never out a full bunch.
Late deliveries
Once a bunch leaves the farm and enters the FedEx network, transit timing is out of our hands. Most of the time, our post-harvest treatment keeps roses in good shape even with a one-day delay. If your delivery runs longer than that, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@flora-fire.com. No lock-in.
